My passion for helping others began nearly 20 years ago when I embarked on my journey into medicine. After graduating from medical school, I dedicated myself to serving rural communities in my country, providing care to those in need. As an ER doctor, I treated patients with a wide variety of conditions and pain. However, my time in both general practice and emergency care revealed a critical gap in conventional medicine—I realized that simply prescribing medication was not always enough.
After immigrating to Canada, I was introduced to manual osteopathy, a holistic approach to treating many of the same conditions I had previously managed with prescription drugs. I recognized this as the missing link I had long been searching for.
>Osteopathy emphasizes the body’s innate ability to heal itself, with a deep connection between structure and function. To restore proper function, structural issues must be addressed. The techniques used in osteopathy facilitate natural healing by enabling the body to realign and recover.
In my practice, I utilize a combination of osteopathic techniques to help the body regain its natural alignment and initiate the healing process. My services range from chronic pain relief to craniosacral therapy, and are also offered as preventive care to maintain overall wellness and a pain-free life.
In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as an educator and supervisor for National Academy of Osteopathy Bridge Program where I mentor new graduates as they transition into professional practice.
While I am not working, I enjoy outdoor meditation. As a night-owl, I love to read a book and sometimes write a poem. I never stopped being a night-thinker. I have been to 22 countries in 3 continents and 175 to go and my most precious collection is my travel pictures.

Arbind is a RMT graduate from Sutherland-Chan College of Massage Therapy in Toronto. Prior to this he graduated with his Bachelor in Kinesiology from UBC.
He has lived in South Vancouver for most of his life, but has recently moved into Richmond.
Arbind has a broad sports background. He played ball hockey for many years including competing in men’s national and provincial level tournaments. He has given back to the ball hockey community by volunteering as a coach and working as a referee. Before ball hockey was his biggest passion, Arbind played ice hockey with Vancouver Thunderbirds as well as basketball and soccer for Sir Winston Churchill Secondary.
Arbind believes that there is no such thing as a ‘one size fits all’ approach to massage therapy. Being able to tailor the best approach for his patients is something that Arbind strives for and has learned to provide after years of coaching and working as a personal trainer.
At UBC school of Kinesiology, his favorite course was biomechanics. His understanding of biomechanics is something that helps him understand and to educate patients in their movement habits. Arbind continues to expand his treatment skills and has completed extra training in manual lymph drainage and fascial stretch therapy and other treatment modalities along the way.
In his spare time, Arbind volunteers as a landscaper at Mayfair Lakes golf course. His 9 iron is effective for those pesky shrubs.
